  Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE):

  The polymer compound formed by polymerization of tetrafluoroethylene has excellent chemical stability and corrosion resistance. It is one of the best corrosion resistance materials in the world today, except for molten alkali metals, chlorine trifluoride, and pentafluoride. In addition to chlorine and liquid chlorine, it can withstand all other chemicals. It will not change when it is boiled in aqua regia. It is widely used in various occasions that require resistance to acids, alkalis and organic solvents. It has sealing properties, high lubrication and non-stick properties, electrical insulation and good anti-aging ability, excellent temperature resistance (can work for a long time at a temperature of positive 260 ℃ to negative 180 ℃). Teflon itself is not toxic to humans. The operating temperature is -180~260℃, allowing rapid cooling and heating, or alternate operation of cooling and heating. Pressure -0.1~6.4Mpa.

  Expanded PTFE:

  It is a new type of medical polymer material, made of PTFE resin through special processing methods such as stretching. It is white, full of elasticity and flexibility, and has a network structure formed by the connection of fine fibers. These fine fibers form numerous pores, so that the expanded PTFE can be bent arbitrarily (over 360°), has good blood compatibility, and is resistant to biological aging. Used in the manufacture of medical products such as artificial blood vessels and heart patches. From a medical point of view, it is the most ideal substitute for biological tissues. Due to its good biocompatibility and unique microporous structure, it is non-toxic, non-carcinogenic, non-sensitizing and other side effects, and human tissue cells and blood vessels can grow into its micropores to form tissue connections, just like autologous tissues.

  PTFE production method:

  3. Fluoropolymer fiber
