PVDF pipes are produced using imported pure PVDF raw materials. PVDF pipe (polyvinylidene fluoride) is a transparent or translucent crystalline polymer with a crystallinity of about 68%, a fluorine content of 59%, and a molecular weight of 250,000 to 1 million. It has high impact resistance, abrasion resistance, creep resistance, and good toughness. It is the strongest among fluoroplastics. PVDF pipes have high heat resistance, non-combustibility, outstanding weathering resistance, ozone resistance, radiation resistance, ultraviolet light, and excellent dielectric properties. The product has good chemical stability, chemical resistance and heat stability. It can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -62℃- +150℃, and can withstand all salts, acids, alkalis, aromatics, halogens and other media except strong solvents, and the transportation of corrosive media in the recovery and regeneration of waste acid in the metallurgical industry. PVDF pipe has: flame-retardant, fatigue-resistant, hard to break, abrasion resistance, good self-lubricating properties, and good insulating materials. Its mechanical strength is high: Compared with PTFE: the tensile strength is 2 times larger, and the compressive strength is 6 times larger. The wear resistance of PVDF pipes: only slightly inferior to NYLON6 and UHMWPE. When temperature and pressure exist at the same time, its performance is much better than other plastic pipes.
